Assuming you have a verified bank account in Liquid, it will take 2-5 business days to receive your payment after your Client has pressed Pay.
Domestic payments take 2-3 business days. International payments take 3-5 business days.
In addition, you will receive a notification from the system once the payment is on its way to your bank account.
Please note that if our Legal team has contacted you to verify your identity via Persona, you must complete this verification before the payment can be initiated.
In addition, if your Client initiated the payment after 5pm Eastern time, then the payment may not initiate until the next business day.
Also, sometimes the first payment a Vendor receives can take an extra day or two. If you have not received your payment at the end of the 6th business day, please let us know so we can have our banking partners look into it.
